With many terraces, BBQ and pool area, easy access and private parking, its a great place to immerse yourself in nature whilst being just 10 minutes walk from the tapas bars, shops and restaurants of bohemian tow

Built in 1900 and recently renovated, originally a Naïve (Spanish farmhouse), Casa De Luna is now a comfortable eco house, running on solar electricity, and built into the side of a mountain, so that is stays cool in the summer, and warm in the winter. The terrace overlooks the stunning Lujar mountains and olive terrace, and to the end of the garden is an Alberca (large water store), filled by a 70m deep local well, that is also used as a swimming pool in warmer months. There are many areas to sit and relax amongst fruit, nut and olive trees, do yoga, read a book within the land. There is also a BBQ area, and I have a selection of guitars and instruments that guests are welcome to play. Newly renovated, Alpujarran style kitchen, with small Fridge and gas oven and all utensils, pots pans etc. Extra virgin olive oil from the land, herbs, spices, teas and coffee are complimentary, You can help yourself to fruit and nuts grown on land (seasonal). Bathroom is quipped with a good hot shower. There are many outdoor seating areas around the 7000m2 land, so its a great place to find some tranquility. The house is on Solar electricity, so guests must be conscious of energy consumption (no hairdryers/irons or large wattage devices please). Phones and laptops are fine :)

VOLUNTEERS WANTED! 🤗🌿💦
19-29th September 2021 +/-4 hours in morning, 5 days p/w, in exchange for full board accommodation.
We will be doing general gardening, making an acequia waterway, and stone walling.
