Modern and contemporary fully furnished ground floor, south facing, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with large 29m2 outdoor terrace. The property is situated within a secure urbanisation and offers street parking should you wish to use a vehicle, although you do not need a vehicle! The apartment benefits from beautifully kept communal gardens, complete with pool, outdoor showers and a kids play area. Free wi-fi and tv package complete with UK channels. 10-15 minute walk to the beach and La Zenia Boulevard, the largest outdoor shopping centre in the Alicante region. There are many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets all within easy walking distance. A large outdoor Go-Kart facility is only a 15 minute walk away and as well as 2 nearby waterparks which are open between June and September. There are also 3 lovely golf courses all within a short taxi journey (5-10 minutes max) for those of you who enjoy a round of golf. Countless daily flights are available to Alicante airport (45 minute transfer) or Murcia airport (20 minute transfer). The resort benefits from the excellent Alicante climate, making it a great choice of destination all year round.

Just 45 minutes drive south of Alicante airport along the Costa Blanca coast in the beautiful Orihuela Costa is my modern 2 bed 2 bath, ground floor, south facing apartment with large outdoor terrace and access to the communal pool and small kids play area.

Playa Flamenca is excellently positioned with a great selection of bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

Or why not treat yourself to some retail therapy at the stunning La Zenia Boulevard, the largest outdoor shopping centre in the whole of the Alicante region. Just a short 10 - 15 walk from the apartment.

If its a day at one of the beautiful blue flag beaches you are after, these are accessible by foot, from just 15 - 20 walk.
