Long before Ciudad Quesada became the neighbourhood we know today, small aircraft were actually taking off and landing right here! ✈️☀️

The airstrip was located around what we now know as 𝗔𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗔𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗽𝘂𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗼, a road name that suddenly makes a LOT more sense! 😂

And this wasn't simply an abandoned strip of land. By the 1980s it was still being used by aircraft, including planes involved in aerial photography and banner towing. 📸✈️

Just imagine looking across Quesada and seeing a little plane coming in to land... 🤯
It's incredible how much the area has changed. ❤️🇪🇸
