Good morning! Minimum temperatures continue to drop these days, remaining below 25ºC throughout the municipality and around 21ºC in some areas like Los Balcones.

We're noticing a slight decrease in the heat and humidity at night. This trend is expected to continue over the next few days with lower maximum and minimum temperatures. The heat and humidity will give us a break, but there's still a month of summer ahead, and we may still have some very hot days to come.

¡Buenos días! Las temperaturas mínimas siguen bajando estos días, quedándose por debajo de los 25ºC en todo el término municipal y alrededor de los 21ºC en algunas zonas como en Los Balcones.

Se nota como afloja un poco más el calor y el bochorno por las noches. Esta situación se va a consolidar durante los próximos días con temperaturas máximas y mínimas más bajas. El calor y el bochorno nos darán un respiro, pero aún queda un mes de verano por delante y quizás todavía queden días muy calurosos.

It’s been a little quiet over here lately… but that definitely doesn’t mean I’ve been putting my feet up! 😅

The long Spanish summer holidays have meant juggling work with entertaining the kids, which has made keeping up with the socials slightly lower down the list!

Behind the scenes, though, things have been ticking along nicely. 🏡

And this week I’ve had the pleasure of handing over the keys to the fabulous apartment in La Florida that sold back in July 🔑🎉

So, while I might not have been posting quite as much, I’m still very much working away and helping clients with their property plans.

Normal social media service will resume… eventually! 😂☀️
