🌿 An Evening About Mental Health, Life Journeys and Well being 🌿

What is it that we actually do to make ourselves feel worse than we need to?

On Thursday, June 11 at 7:00 PM, Reveny Properties together with Restaurant El Portero invite you to an inspiring evening where we will highlight a topic that affects us all, mental health.

During the evening, Magnus Hedman will share his personal journey and experiences. In addition to his successful football career, Magnus has spent many years working with coaching, education and development within behavioural science, psychology and therapy. He has met people from all parts of society, from the homeless to politicians, and will offer perspectives on how our thoughts, behaviours and choices affect our well-being.

The evening will begin with Magnus’ lecture and will then be followed by socialising, good food and drinks in a relaxed environment.

❤️ In addition, 10% of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to the Alzheimer Foundation.

🌿 En kväll om psykisk hälsa, livsresor och välmående 🌿

Vad är det vi egentligen gör för att få oss själva att må sämre än vi behöver?

Torsdagen den 11 juni kl. 19.00 bjuder Reveny Properties tillsammans med Restaurang El Portero in till en inspirerande kväll där vi lyfter ett ämne som berör oss alla, psykisk hälsa.

Under kvällen delar Magnus Hedman med sig av sin personliga resa och sina erfarenheter. Utöver sin framgångsrika fotbollskarriär har Magnus under många år arbetat med coaching, utbildning och utveckling inom beteendevetenskap, psykologi och terapi. Han har mött människor från alla delar av samhället, från hemlösa till politiker och kommer att ge perspektiv på hur våra tankar, beteenden och val påverkar vårt mående.

Kvällen inleds med Magnus föreläsning och följs därefter av trevligt umgänge, god mat och dryck i en avslappnad miljö.

❤️ Dessutom kommer 10 % av kvällens intäkter att skänkas till Alzheimerfonden.
