🌿 Another beautiful property added to the A&L family! 🏡✨

Since last Wednesday, we are proud to take care of another beautiful finca in Dolores, Costa Blanca South.

☀️ Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming three guests from England to a beautiful Next Level Villa in Roldán.

Before their arrival, we made sure the villa was thoroughly cleaned and prepared from top to bottom, so everything was ready for their stay. 🏡✨

We wish our guests a wonderful and relaxing holiday and hope they enjoy plenty of sunshine during their stay in beautiful Roldán, on the Costa Cálida in Murcia! 🇪🇸☀️🌴

🌧️ What a full and rewarding day it has been at A&L Keyholding & Cleaning! 🧹🔑

What a day it has been! Despite the heavy rain we've had, we simply keep going — we go where others stop. 💪

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming a gentleman from Iceland, who is cycling through the Costa Blanca with a group of fellow cyclists. 🚴‍♂️ He checked in at his accommodation in San Miguel de Salinas, and we wish him a fantastic stay and a safe journey through our beautiful region!

We've also had several check-ins and check-outs over the past few days.

This morning, we carried out a check-out in Roldán at a beautiful villa owned by a Dutch client, which we have recently taken into our care. 🏡

Thank you very much for your trust in A&L Keyholding & Cleaning. We are delighted to look after your property.

Today, we also had the pleasure of cleaning a villa for the first time on our own urbanisation. A big thank you to our German client for trusting us — and thank you for choosing us to take care of the check-in for your German guests. 🇩🇪 They were incredibly friendly and will be staying in the area until January. We wish them a wonderful stay!

We also had the opportunity to carry out a terrace cleaning in Cabo Roig for an English property owner. 🇬🇧 Thank you for putting your trust in A&L Keyholding & Cleaning.

And as always, we like to go that extra mile. ❤️

When we clean terraces and a little water gets onto the windows, we clean the windows free of charge. And if a little water has been brought inside, we also mop the affected floors — because for us, it's not just about doing the job. It's about leaving everything clean, fresh and ready to enjoy.

The sun is shining, the apartment is ready, and we’re just waiting for our English guests to arrive. 🏡✨

There’s always a little bit of excitement when welcoming new guests — especially when they’re arriving at such a beautiful brand-new apartment in Los Alcázares. ❤️

Everything has been prepared with care, so all that’s left to do is open the gate, hand over the keys and make sure they have a fantastic stay. 🔑😊
