😍 När man hittar den perfekta lägenheten/townhouse = 3 våningar + gigantisk takterass med nice pool för föräldrar som vill skämma bort sig själva och sina barn och barnbarn eller några kompisar/par som vill njuta av solen tillsammans.
300 kvadratmeter totalt.
4 sovrum där det svenska paret som äger det idag har tre dubbelsängar i ett rum för barnbarn och de andra tre sovrummen är också stora med dubbelsängar och massor med space runt dom.
4 badrum och alla har golvvärme.
Alla rum har aircondition.
Egen garageplats i låst garage med dörr direkt in till första våningen.
Privat hiss som går till alla dina våningsplan. Hur coolt är inte det, dessutom praktiskt. Det finns såklart trappor i marmor också för den som vill träna rumpan och benmusklerna.
Takterrass med whirlpool bath, grill, soffgrupper (två styckna), matbord och sol hela dagen med havsutsikt och såklart utsikt över poolområdet med blommor och buskar i parkområden runt polerna.
Pooler som man kan bada i året runt. En har dessutom färskvatten = utan klor. Stora poolen av den största i jag kunnat se i området. Solsängar finns runt poolerna.
Gym och parker att använda när man vill.
Runt hörnet finns både matbutiker (2 styckna), apotek, frisör, restauranger, caféer och allt du behöver.
Handikappvänligt då hissen går till alla plan utom takterassen.
Små balkonger i två av sovrummen. Största sovrummet har dock en stor mysig balkong/terass.
Största sovrummet har även en walk-in-closet eller rättare sagt en walk-through-closet som man går igenom när man går från sovrummet till badrummet som dessutom har med två handfat. 🤩
Modernt och stilrent byggt och dekorerat med bra kvalitet på både vitvaror och material.
Vardagsrummet har dessutom en egen stor terass med tak över för heta dagar då man inte vill vara i solen. Jo, jag lovar, när du är här och det är strålande sol 12 timmar om dagen och jättevarmt... då vill du kunna svalka dig i skuggan med något svalt i glaset eller/och glass, jag lovar.
Fasaderna är färgglada men invändigt är det varma och jordnära färger.
Ser du glastaksdelen i vardagsrummet? Bra sätt att få in ljuset och en snygg detalj. I love it! Så jag tog extra bild på det vilket inte riktigt syns på hemsidan men finns här bland mina privata bilder.
Vaktmästare i området så du får alltid hjälp med det du behöver utan att behöva kontakta olika firmor för att fixa olika saker.
Marmor i trapporna mellan våningarna.
Jag tog tid på hur lång tid det tog att köra till stranden som är 1,5 kilometer bort och det tog 3,5 minuter. Båthamnen går du till på ett par minuter. Såg att dom hade vespa vilket är ett smidigt sätt att ta sig med till stranden om man inte vill göra sällskap med de andra.
Största townhouset/bostaden i området.
40 minuter från Palma.
Detta är absolut en av mina absoluta favoriter.

😍 When you find the perfect apartment / townhouse = 3 floors + huge roof terrace with nice whirlpool bath for parents who want to spoil themselves and their children and/or grandchildren or some friends / couples who want to enjoy the sun together.
300 square meters in total.
4 bedrooms where the Swedish couple who owns it today have three double beds in a room for grandchildren and the other three bedrooms are also large with double beds and plenty of space around them.
4 bathrooms and all have underfloor heating.
All rooms have air condition.
Own garage space in locked garage with door directly into the first floor.
Private elevator that stops to all your floors. How cool isnt that, besides practical. Of course, there are also marble stairs for those who want to train the buts and leg muscles.
Roof terrace with whirlpool bath, barbecue, sofa groups (two pieces), dining table and sun all day with sea views and of course views of the pool area with flowers and shrubs in park areas around the pool area.
Pools to be used all year round. One also has fresh water = without chlorine. The big pool is the largest I could find in the area. Sunbeds are available around the pools.
Gym and parks to use whenever you want.
Around the corner there are both grocery stores (2 of them), pharmacy, hairdresser, restaurants, cafes and everything you need.
Handicap friendly as the elevator goes to all floors except the roof terrace.
Small balconies in two of the bedrooms. However, the main bedroom has a large cozy balcony / terrace with a big corner sofa.
The largest bedroom also has a walk-in closet or rather a walk-through closet that you walk through when going from the bedroom to the bathroom which also has two sinks for your convenience 🤩
Modern and nice built and decorated with good quality of both decoration and materials.
The living room also has its own large terrace with roof over for hot days when you do not want to be in the sun. Well, I promise, when you are here and there is sunshine 12 hours a day and really hot ... then you want to be able to cool off in the shade with something cold in the glass or/and ice cream, I promise.
The facades are colorful but inside they are warm and earthy colors.
Do you see the glass roof part in the living room? 🤩 A great way to get the light in and a nice detail. I love it! So I took an extra picture of it which is not really visible on the website but is here among my private pictures.
Caretakers in the area so you always get help with what you need without having to contact different companies to fix different things.
Marble in the stairs between floors.
I took the time for how long it took to drive to the beach which is 1.5 kilometers away and it took 3.5 minutes. You can reach the marina in a few minutes by feet. I notice that they had a vespa, which is a convenient way to get to the beach if you do not want to join with the others.
Largest townhouse / home in the area.
40 minutes from Palma.
This is definitely one of my absolute favorites.
