Svetlana has extensive sales experience within the Real Estate market and can provide a ‘Total Sales Solution’ or simply a ‘Translator Service’. Dependent on the needs of the client Svetlana will provide a ‘tailored’ solution to match the requirements. The ‘Total Sales Solution’ includes but is not limited to:
• ‘Meet and Greet’ at the airport – accompanying guests to the
ir accommodation whilst fully representing your company.
• The ‘showing’ of properties agreed prior to arrival whilst constantly assessing if other properties that you have available may be of interest.
• Negotiations between Client & Vendor
• Contract Signing/Legal Representation (Translation Service)
• Bank liaison – ensuring funds arrive in a timely manner. Property Search
If you are a prospective Russian buyer looking for property in Spain, Svetlana has a network of contacts and will be able to source your property for you. Svetlana will take your exact requirement details with regard to property type, location, price etc. and will source properties from her network of contacts and liaise with you directly. If you are unable to visit to view the properties, Svetlana can view the properties on your behalf and take additional photographs and when required a ‘video’ of the properties that you are most interested in. Should you then wish to view personally, Svetlana will arrange your travel, accommodation and meet you at the airport and accompany you on your viewings.
