Nach den Daten von idealista.com, dem führenden Immobilienportal in Spanien, beläuft sich der durchschnittliche Quadratmeterpreis für Wohnungen auf den im Januar 2024 auf 4.083 €/m2. Zum Vergleich: Der durchschnittliche Immobilienpreis auf lag im Januar 2023 bei 3.625 €/m2.

Das jährliche Wachstum von Januar 2023 bis Januar 2024 beträgt beeindruckende 11,2%, und baut auf einem Wachstum von 9% von 2022 bis 2023 auf.
