The apartment is on a beautifully managed complex almost equidistant between Alicante and Valencia airports. The stunning quiet beaches of Oliva are but 15 minutes away by car, and the busier area of Denia 20 minutes away. Javea beach is just over half an hour away, offering a wonderful beachfront promenade full of restaurants and bars. Also available here are boat and jetski rentals for those looking for a wetter holiday! The apartment has never been lived in but has been finished to a high standard. There is a ducted airconditioning system, fully fitted kitchen, full bathroom ensuite to the master bedroom and a wetroom. Sleeping accomodation is one double and two twins that can be pushed together. There are 2 communal pools, one of which is very close to the terrace making it ideal for familes with children as they can be supervised from the comfort of one of the zero gravity recliners provided.
