A relatively recently built apartment which was starting to look a bit tired so its owners decided to bring it up to date. They had the bathrooms fuly renovated and re-tiled the floor throughout. The kitchen was already open plan but was redesigned to include a lovely long peninsular bar with custom made oak cladding, which provides so much work surface. We love the inclusion of high wall cupboards to maximise storage space and the combination of white and wooden cupboard doors. With 2 loving terraces, one just outside the kitchen for dining and lovley views of the port, the top terrace set up as a chillout zone wiht comfortable sofas and shade area.

This charming, newly constructed stone villa is situated in rural position in the north of the island, between the towns of Pollensa and Alcudia in the well known Valley of Son Fe or also known as Ca’n Segue. The villa interior is traditional Mallorquín, with an attractive beamed ceiling, exposed stone walls, cool terracotta floors and an eclectic mix of local antiques and colorful fabrics, however with all the modern comforts. There is a large covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool area, ideal for “Al Fresco” meals. From here you can also keep an eye on the children in the pool, reached down a set of Romanesque steps, there is also a fence at the top of the steps, for when you are in the villa the children can run freely on the terrace. Beautiful views of the country side and across the mountains.
