Bodega Ribas is one of the oldest wineries on the island and it has been in the same family for 13 generations. I was lucky enough to help them out for a few days making their wine and their passion and love for what they do was overwhelming.
They produce two reds (Sio and Ribas), a crisp Ribas white and a Ribas Rose.

There are few more enjoyable activities than picking up a fresh loaf of bread from a very good baker, but having decadent sweet treats as well really makes Palma Bread something special. Their soft, sticky cinnamon buns are my favourite. Make sure next time you are in Palma or Sant Agusti you stop by.
