Role: Buyer’s Agent
Work model: On-site with flexible hours
Compensation: Base salary + performance-based commission
Languages: Spanish and English are essential. Other languages (French, German, Dutch, etc.) will be highly valued.
🎯 Role Objective
The Buyer’s Agent manages the relationship with buyer clients from the very first contact through to closing. Your mission is to provide a professional, organized, and proactive buying experience, ensuring the Hispania Homes by Keller Williams service standards are met at all times.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Qualify buyer clients (property type, stage in the process, financing needs)
Build trust and accompany clients throughout the entire journey
Select and propose properties aligned with the client’s profile
Organize and attend viewings, proactively gathering feedback
Advise on offers, negotiation, and closing with support from the legal and administrative team
Maintain structured follow-up in the CRM and keep clients informed at all times
Manage appointments, critical tasks, and client communications responsibly—even outside standard hours when necessary
