Nearby Torrevieja has launched Spanish language courses for foreign residents — designed to make everyday life easier: chatting with neighbours, handling appointments, feeling confident at the shops, and truly settling in.

📍 Where: Ciudad Quesada, Rojales & surrounding areas
👥 Who it’s for: International residents and buyers planning to live full-time or long-term in Spain.
- 32 hours of training over an eight-week period, with two hour sessions. Classes will be scheduled between 9am and 11am, 12pm and 2pm, or 4pm and 6pm.

From learning the language to feeling confident in daily life, this region makes settling in easier than most.

🏡 Buying a home here isn’t just about location —
it’s about choosing a place that helps you belong.

The courses will begin in January and registrations will remain open until Friday, December 26th. Applications can be submitted in person at the General Registry of Torrevieja Town Hall, located in Plaza de la Constitución, or at La Mata Town Hall in Plaza Gaspar Perelló. Registration is also available online via the town hall’s electronic office for those with a digital signature.
