45 min drive from Mil Palmeras. Nice hike with 4km uphill to a fantastic lookout point over Cartagena’s inlet. The last part including the stairs can be scary for those afraid of heights

Today we had a day trip to Calpe. It takes 2 hour by car from Mil Palmeras. If you don’t want to hike up the cliff, you can take the long beach promenade and stop for lunch or a coffee.

About 2 hours drive from Mil Palmeras you can hike around the Embalse de Guadalest. An easy but beautiful hike of 9.3 km. Afterwards you can have lunch and look around the village of Guardalest.

After a 50 minute flight from Alicante you are in Mallorca. We went to Palma and chose a hotel in the middle of town. Train to Port de Sóller for a lovely lunch at Randemar. A visit to the Cathedral. In the evening we visited the bar Abaco with its fantastic environment and good drinks. Very nice dinner at Omino.

Real Club Golf Campoamor

We have tried a new golf course just a 10 minute drive from Mil Palmeras. This golf resort includes hotel, restaurant and golf.

It was a nice course with good variety. The greens were in good condition and the course offer some challenging par 4s and hilly fairways. Palm trees surrounding the holes to give a tropical feeling.

Green fees varies in October between €80-50 depending on which day and time.
