Welcome back, Rich & the gang! ☀️🌴

It’s great to have this lovely bunch back with us in Tenerife for another week of fitness, fabulous food and fun in the sunshine.

We kicked things off with mobility and stretching, before turning up the energy with Boxercise 🥊 and HIIT 🔥. We swapped the gym for the great outdoors to tackle the stunning Montaña Roja walk ⛰️, and slowed things down with a beautiful sunset yoga session 🌅🧘‍♀️ — the perfect way to finish an active day.

And because a RetreatMe week is about so much more than just exercise, our on-site chefs have been busy creating a delicious, fresh and healthy menu to keep everyone fuelled and feeling their best. 🥗🍽️

Good food, great workouts, gorgeous Tenerife sunshine and even better company… this is what retreat life is all about! 💙

We’ve sung, danced, laughed until our sides hurt, dressed up, partied and enjoyed every single minute. But more than anything, it’s been the people that have made these 10 days so special.

So many smiles, so many friendships and so many memories made. Seeing everyone enjoying themselves is exactly what Casa Amore is all about. 🥰

To each and every one of you — thank you for an amazing 10 days. You’ve certainly kept us busy, but we wouldn’t have had it any other way! 😂❤️

The only thing we couldn’t arrange was making the 10 days last a little longer… BUT we will see you TWICE next year…

We’re really going to miss you all. Safe travels home and hopefully it won’t be too long until we do it all over again! 🙌⭐️

Before they had even stepped through the doors of Casa Amore, before they’d met our team or experienced the villa for themselves, they had already put their trust in us and booked two stays.

Now they’re finally here… and they’re already talking about booking their third. 🥰

Gill’s Hen Do at Casa Amore 🥂🤍

This is what we LOVE to do… ✨

Gill had a vision for her hen do, and being able to bring it all to life for her and her girls was so special. From the planning beforehand to all those finishing touches waiting for them when they arrived, nothing was ever too much to ask.

Because for us, it’s not just about staying at Casa Amore. It’s about creating the whole experience. 🥂

And judging by the laughter, the dancing, the late nights and the memories made… these girls had the BEST time. 💃🏼✨

Gill, we absolutely loved being a little part of such a special weekend. Seeing everything come together and watching you girls enjoy it exactly as we’d imagined is why we do what we do. 🤍
