This smart apartment is located within Aldea Bonsai, a complex comprised of “Ibicenco” style white apartments surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and views of the beautiful Sta Eulària river, sea and Old Town. It is only 100m from an amazing beach and 5 minute walk from the center of Sta Eulària, a coastal town with stunning beache
s, shopping, restaurants and bars and a short 5 minute drive to the Ibiza Golf Club. The largest of the pools is surrounded by beautiful flowers, and next to this is the smaller safe children’s pool. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped ensuring an enjoyable self-catering holiday. Children are very welcome and would definitely enjoy the pools and the closeness of the beaches

The terrace have views of the small pool and looks out onto Mediterranean garden. Swimming pools
The largest of the pools is situated within the center of the complex and surrounded by beautiful flowers, trees and a tiled area with a shower and plenty of loungers on which after a refreshing swim you can soak up the sun which rises to over 30C in August and September. Below the large pool is a smaller safe children’s pool again with shower and loungers and surrounded by gardens. The pools are for residents only as the complex is fully secured (with CCTV cameras) and accessed only through reception or locked gates. Coast/Beaches
The beautiful beach of Sta Eulària is only 5 minutes away. It features fine white sand and has a 300m long promenade with loungers, parasols, showers, restaurants, bars, shops and lifeguards. It also has easy access for the disabled. Activities include: Pedaloes, sailing, banana boat, water-ski and diving school. The sea is clean and shallow, safe for children and very inviting for less confident swimmers. There are excellent water-sport facilities, and the water quality is very high. Water temperature rises to between 25C - 27C during August and September. The center of town features a shady ‘Ramblas’ which is lined with market stalls selling jewellery, sarongs, and trinkets of all kinds. At the far end of the resort is the Marina (Port Esportiu) which features excellent restaurant bars and clubs
Diving and Water Sports
Life in Sta Eulària is lived as much on or in the water as on the land itself. With its crystal clear turquoise waters it very hard to resist dipping you toes. Aldea Bonsai has easy access by road and is approx 15Km (15mins drive) from Ibiza Airport. Car hire is recommended to enjoy the vast number of beaches, restaurant and sites of Ibiza. However car hire is not essential if staying within Sta Eulària, the bus service is excellent as a further means of exploring the Island
Distance
The apartment is in an extremely good location to visit all the glitz of Ibiza’s world famous night clubs. It is only 3 minutes by car to the famous Punta Arabí, Wednesday hippy market. 15 minutes by car to the shopaholic’s paradise of Ibiza Town (Eivissa), with it superb restaurants and cafes, including the world heritage site of Ibiza Old Town with Castle and Cathedral. There are several local supermarkets, one within 2 minutes of the apartment and others located in Sta Eulària which has all the usual amenities.
