A great meal for all the family done in 25 mins! Buy a whole turbot, slash the thickest parts, lay on a bed of sliced onions and rosemary (from under the olive tree) drizzle with oil mixed with wine vinegar season and bake 25 mins. Baste with more dressing if you can. The flesh will turn opaque when it’s ready but there will be layers of gelatinous oils that glisten, that’s what makes turbot so special. #.

I love this patch of muhlenbergia grass. It reminds me of pink candy floss and offers a welcome blast of colour in the days where winter is drawing in and all other flowers have dropped their colourful petals.

We had the best day out on our catamaran yesterday, exploring Ibiza’s craggy coves and paddle boarding while the sun set was setting behind the majestic rock Es Vedra. The temperature of the sea is surprisingly warm for October.
Lunch 🥘 at 🍷 is always made that bit more special when you arrive by boat with salty hair and Sandy toes. Photography .

It may not be the most salubrious beach or the glammest restaurant. Strip lighting doesn’t help but the fish is all cooked to perfection and you get a sunset. Try the Bullit de Peix here and the gambas and the allioli. In fact try it all…
