The Solarium, Balcony and patio areas all overlook a wooded ravine and have spectacular sunset and mountain views. There is a large communal swimming pool including a Children's pool surrounded by landscaped gardens with gated access only 200 yards away. The house is perfect for children and equipped with 2 x Travel cots & mattresses, High Chair, Safety Gates, potty, indoor / outdoor toys, plastic cutlery & bibs. Guests are advised to bring their own travel cot mattress & bedding. Beautiful Carabassi beach is 15 minutes walk or a 3 minute drive away and is one of the most beautiful and safest blue flag beaches within the Costa Blanca coastline with several kilometres of soft white sand, backed by dunes, completely unspoilt and boasting a wooden beach hut bar. In the local area there is an excellent selection of local and international restaurants, bars, shops,banks and supermarkets including a late night shop. There is a range of fantastic Indian restaurant and steak house within 5 min's walk. There is so much to see and do, from golf, tennis, spa, Safari Park, Theme Parks, Water Parks, snorkelling and other water sports, to exploration of the historical sites of the neighbouring towns. There are also a selection of markets within easy reach and only a bus ride away as well as the beautiful harbour at Santa Pola & Alicante. For children there is two parks, a fantastic water park (la Marina) 20 mins by car which is €25 taxi ride & a theme park at Santa Pola. Children enjoy walking through the lovely garden opposite the house and playing games on the boule pitch. The buses are reliable and cheap. There is also the tourist train that goes around the area to / from the beach which is great fun for adults & children and a local bus that takes you around Gran Alacant including the Commercial Centre where the main large super markets are.
