- A.P.I’s also have a regulatory body for any discrepancies related to property law

- A.P.I’s are compelled to subscribe to the professional liability insurance by the governing body C.O.A.P.I

If there are any disputes pertaining to a purchase or sale then the governing body will oversee the discrepancies and are they are able to make their own ruling which the API estate agent must obey as a final ruling.

☀️ The sun was shining for the final GA Cleanup of the summer!

Our fantastic group of volunteers met at Heaven Star Restaurant in Carabassí Centre, Gran Alacant.

In just one hour, we collected a significant amount of rubbish from the area surrounding Clot de Galvany. While there weren’t many large items, we gathered plenty of small pieces of litter, helping to keep this beautiful natural area clean and enjoyable for everyone.

GA Cleanup will now be taking a break until September, but don’t forget that you can still do your part in the meantime. Every piece of litter picked up makes a difference!

We hope you have a wonderful summer, and we look forward to seeing you again in the autumn. 🍂

📢 Good news for many property buyers in the Valencian Community

From 1st June 2026, the property transfer tax (ITP) rate will reduce from 10% to 9% for purchases under €1 million, while properties above €1 million will be taxed at 11%.
