The villa was previously our family home and remains one of our favourite places to visit in all the world. Situated on the exclusive 'Sotogrande Costa' private estate the villa is close to the Marina, Beach and many famous golf courses including Valderrama, Finca Cortesin and San Roque. The villa sits on a huge double plot and offers excellent privacy with beautiful gardens which contain fruit and palm trees, plus a BBQ area. Circa 3,500 square feet of living space mean there’s plenty of room to chill and relax or alternatively simply enjoy cocktails on the large terrace. A big family lounge has a ‘pub’ style pool table, full bookcase, board games and an entertainment system which includes Sky sports/Sky movies/Kids channels. A separate TV room has an Xbox for teenage children and leads to a galley kitchen/diner area which is fully equipped.
4 good sized bedrooms ensure the property easily accommodates up to 8 people. Free internet is available throughout the stay. Cost starts from £200 per night in low season and rises to £400 per night in the popular July/August months. Assuming occupancy of 8 people this can equate to excellent value of just 25pp per night to £50pp per night. There is some price flexibility for smaller groups. The villa is now available from 3rd December 2020 and has the following dates available in 2021:-
