The villa was previously our family home and remains one of our favourite places to visit in all the world. Situated on the e

xclusive 'Sotogrande Costa' private estate the villa is close to the Marina, Beach and many famous golf courses including Valderrama, Finca Cortesin and San Roque. The villa sits on a huge double plot and offers excellent privacy with beautiful gardens which contain fruit and palm trees, plus a BBQ area. Circa 3,500 square feet of living space mean there’s plenty of room to chill and relax or alternatively simply enjoy cocktails on the large terrace. A big family lounge has a ‘pub’ style pool table, full bookcase, board games and an entertainment system which includes Sky sports/Sky movies/Kids channels. A separate TV room has an Xbox for teenage children and leads to a galley kitchen/diner area which is fully equipped.

4 good sized bedrooms ensure the property easily accommodates up to 8 people. Free internet is available throughout the stay. Cost starts from £200 per night in low season and rises to £400 per night in the popular July/August months. Assuming occupancy of 8 people this can equate to excellent value of just 25pp per night to £50pp per night. There is some price flexibility for smaller groups. The villa is now available from 3rd December 2020 and has the following dates available in 2021:-

February 2021 - 1st to 28th
March 2021 - 1st to 31st
April 2021 - 10th to 30th April
May 2021 - 11th to 18th and 23rd to 29th
June 2021 - 5th to 10th and 15th to 30th
July 2021 - no availability
August 2021 - no availability
September 2021 - 1st to 10th and 15th to 22nd
October 2021 - 7th to 31st
November 2021 - 1st to 30th
December 2021 - 1st to 31st

(A minimum 5 night stay applies)

Situated on a double plot the villa offers a very private garden with fruit trees, BBQ area and a generous sized pool.

Internally there is a large family lounge and a seperate TV room which leads to a large kitchen/diner area which is fully equipped.
Malaga airport 50 min drive
Gibraltar 25 min drive

4 good sized bedrooms mean the property easily accommodates upto 8 people.

Restaurants and a selection of cafes are walking distance from the house.

Free internet is available for the duration of stay.

New satellite TV with 1000 channels so my children tell me.
