Properties checked. Thankfully only a couple of minor issues which have been reported directly to the owners, with photos.
The sun is shining but we are due some rain today, nit like yesterday though.

Dear clients.
As the storm continues, we will do our upmost to visit your properties and check them tomorrow.
We are experiencing RED alert rain and thunder storms. Some roads in Sucina are currently flooded, so I will be finding my wellie boots out and taking to the streets.

We are always confident that your properties will be fine, and will report anything that needs attention.

Spring has arrived, lots of people are visiting their homes and our Planning Diary is already filling with pre-arrival cleans and checks.

We have space for just a few more clients , please message us with your requirements .

We have limited availability due to carrying out all the cleans and checks ourselves. We do not engage with 3rd party cleaners therefore giving you assurance of consistency, security and trust.
Your keys are held with us at all times.

If you would like references, we can ask our clients to message you direct.

Wasps...🐝 be aware that wasps are building nests. Just spotted this whilst watering our own plant.
Check under outdoor tables and chairs, inside sun shades, curtains and umbrellas, under eaves, corners of pergolas...and plants! Be caution when looking.

Mercadona sell an excellent spray, which can be used from about a metre away. Best to use in the evenings when wasps are less active. The nest can be sprayed and removed, however if it is large and full of angry wasps, best call in an expert. (Not me btw).

In about 2 months the swallows will be back.
They weigh about 20 gr but have flown more than 5000 km!
They survived the Sahara Desert.
They flew across the Mediterranean without even getting a break.
They fought through turbulence and gale-force winds.
They did something just like that.
And all of this is going to come to us and reproduce in a corner of our house, under the roof.
A single swallow can consume up to 850 flies and mosquitoes per day.
If we are lucky enough to host a nest of this species in our habitat, the pair alone could kill an estimated 1,700 flies and mosquitoes per day.
There is no more effective and ecological/natural insecticide...

In Spain these birds are a protected species as are their nests... Removal, disturbing or destroying a nest, even if no longer in use carries fines from 5000€

You should contact your local council for more information about nest removal.
