Our villa features a good size outdoor plunge pool with a lovely relaxing garden and outside bar area including barbecue facilities. It also has an all year-round sun
terrace perfect for sunbathing or relaxing with a drink admiring the pretty views of the resort, golf course and mountains. A living room, a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. Both bedrooms have interchangeable beds and can cater as a double or twin beds. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite shower and bath. Bedroom 2 has an ensuite shower room. Towels, bed linen, hairdryer are included in the villa. Restaurants & bars
Don't fancy eating in? We have a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants, both on resort and on the Boulevard which are all within walking distance. The restaurants have a selection of all varying cuisines accommodating all price ranges. Many restaurants also offering the traditional 'Menu del dia' options where you can enjoy a 3-course dinner for around €15pp. Plus there are different styles of bars and cocktail bars to suit whatever takes your fancy too. Mar Menor Villa is also 5 minutes’ walk from the 5☆ Hotel & Spa (The Caliea Mar Menor Hotel). There are several restaurants that are part of the hotel complex that are open to everyone and offer a takeaway service too. The hotel bar (Clover) welcomes all and provides entertainment at varying times throughout the year including kids’ discos. The Clover is popular with local residents too. The bars setting is overlooking the stunning hotel outdoor pool and views of the 18th fairway (bar opens in the evening) and during the day the 19th hole clubhouse is a great venue to sit outside, soak up the sunshine and relax with a spot of lunch and drinks. The resort is very friendly place and new in 2021 created Club MMGR where it has additional facilities such as crazy animal golf, padel courts, basketball, outdoor gym, all year-round swimming pool and bar. The Club MMGR facilities are open in the day and evening and their clubhouse serves food, tapas, beer etc. Golf
The Mar Menor region boasts some of the best golf courses in the world, including our stunning Mar Menor Golf course that weaves beautifully within with resort itself. Popular courses are Roda Golf which is 5 mins drive, The La Manga Club (19 miles), Los Colinas Golf (26 miles) and Condado de Alhama (30 miles). Airport information
The nearest airport is Region de Murcia International Airport (RMU Corvera) approx 25mins by car, 17 miles from Mar Menor Villa. Alicante is also an airport option which is approx. 50mins drive by car, 61 miles.
