TRADITIONAL SPANISH HOLIDAY DUPLEX HOUSE FOR RENT ON
THE COSTA BLANCA COAST. 2 BEDROOMS AND SLEEPS 6.

The house is in Mil Palmeras in the Alicante district. It’s 13 miles south of Torrevieja. Murcia international airport is 30 minutes away and Alicante 50 mins.

There are two bedrooms, one double/one twin, two bathrooms both with showers. There is a double bed settee in the living room. Full kitchen facilities with living and dining areas. There are three air conditioning units and all bedding, towels etc are provided.

There is a pool on the complex opposite the house and a large patio area on the ground floor and a patio on the first floor. Both get sun all day. There is a long sandy beach a 15 min walk away with a number of bars and restaurants on the way to the beach.

There are numerous golf courses within a 5 mile radius. Supermarkets are nearby and taxis available. Car hire is available at the airports.
The costs are flexible depending on when its available, how many people are going, but we generally work on, (for the whole house):
Dec, Jan, Feb; £200 per week.
Nov and March; £230 per week.
April and Oct; £260 per week.
May and June; £300 per week.
July, August and Sept; £350 per week.
Please note on each visit there is also a charge (at the end of your stay) of €60 for cleaning, washing bedding etc. This is payable directly to the cleaners.
