To get from Alicante airport to Torrevieja (and back 😊), you can take the airport bus. The bus is frequent, cheap and comfortable and takes you to the central bus station in Torrevieja (200 meters from the apartment) in 50 minutes. You can buy the ticket online or on the bus from the airport, preferably with cash (7 €). From Torrevieja, you have the choice to buy the ticket at the tickets window/machine (cash or card). Timetable in the link and the comments field.

Torrevieja Alicante Airport tickets can be adquired at the box office only for services departing in the same day.

Torrevieja Bus Station:

After you have explored the center of Torrevieja and visited the attractions within a walking distance, if you’d like to travel around and explore more, check this link to learn about the central bus station of Torrevieja, only 200 meters away from the apartment. Here you can take the bus to the pink lakes (La Mata), the shopping malls (Habaneras and La Zenia) and even to the airport (Alicante airport). You can go on day trips to numerous destinations; Murcia, Cartagena, Alicante, Guardamar, even Barcelona and Madrid, use your imagination, there are no limits 😊. The buses are punctual and modern. You can buy the tickets online, at the ticket window/vending machines, and for certain lines on the bus. Take a look and let me know if you need any extra tips.
