This beautiful villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it is a private gated residential area of Los Balcones, with a lovely communal pool and children's pool with showers. Local restaurants and bars close by. We have all day sunshine and out door shower for those that wish to cool off.There is a customer lock up with children's beach toys, chairs and umbrellas, there is also a barbecue. We are 15 mins car drive from the beach. We hope you will have a lovely time at our villa. ENJOY.
