property revamps ready for letting. The property was aged and tired. However much of what was required was refreshing and updating the electrical system rather than rip out and start again. As such the focus was on new furniture, new sockets, light fittings, and switches as well as painting throughout. At a later date, another phase will be carried out to modernize the bathroom. We worked closely with the homeowner, where they could order and select furniture from companies that deliver in Spain. We dealt with delivery, furniture assembly and making the place functional again. There are many properties in La Mata that need simple upgrades but if not living in Spain it can be a problem. However, it is a service we can provide, from simply dealing with the deliveries to a full renovation. The old hanging shelving unit along with the sofa has been removed and replaced since the photos. The property is available for short term rental.
