Hello! I am Eliisa, and I would like to introduce our south-facing family bungalow, Casita Eliisa. You can pay after check-in!

This is our second home in Spain, which we rent out gladly if we are not there. It is located 500 m from the beach, it has a SEA VIEW, a communal POOL, 2 terraces- a SUNNY ROOF SOLARIUM (40 m2), and a Sea view TERRACE (10 m2) where you can sunbathe even in January. It is situated on the Costa Blanca coast in Nuevo Torrevieja, Playa de La Mata in the Urbanization Altos De La Bahia, Aguas Nuevas.
It has:
🏡2 bedrooms. Sleeps 6 persons. Roof solarium with a barbecue. 2. floor. Quiet surroundings, close to amenities. Beach chairs, an air conditioner, a washing machine, and a dishwasher are available in the apartment. Private parking in the garden and lots of parking spaces on the street. Super-quick WIFI.
✈️ Good prices to the Alicante airport from all over Europe. 40 minutes driving from the airport. We can organize a transfer from the airport (price 45€). The bus from the airport will go straight to Torrevieja city (ticket 7€).
⛱️ Crystal-clear waters with rocky cliffs. Playa Cala de la Zorra, 500 m walking. You can sunbathe there on our beach chairs.
⛱️ Just a brief 10 to 12-minute walking (1 minute by car) from our apartment, you'll find the enchanting Los Locos Sandy Beach, your nearby oasis of seaside tranquility.
⛱️La Mata Beach is just a short walk away, 15 minutes from our location! You can find fine white sand, crystal-clear waters, and gentle waves there; it's the perfect spot for a relaxing and sun-soaked vacation. Surrounded by protected dunes and a pine forest!
