New HHI Episode Premieres Thursday at 10:30 EDT.
Good shoot with Whitney and Michael who were Pros and helped everything go smoothly.
Happy to work again with the same great crew. This one was shot in 4k so maybe a bit scary.
Have to say the 1st day of the shoot I had my 2nd weirdest fan experience. I was standing in Plaza de La Reina waiting to begin and an elderly tourist came over to me and said she knew me from TV and came to Valencia due to the show. She asked when I would be doing another episode and I said, "right now, look over there at the cafe" where Michael and Whitney were seated.
Let me know what you think of the episode. We wont get to see it until after it premieres in the US.

Latest House Hunters International Episode Premieres Thursday at 10.30 EDT on HGTV.
Was a pleasure to work with Katherine and Steve, and a fab crew under difficult conditions.

For the 1st time in a long time I am a bit nervous to see how the episode comes out. We had fun but I let my guard down too much and you never know how they are going to edit in us goofing around.

It is in renovated building on the major pedestrian only street in the old city. Just steps to Plaza de La Virgen, the cathedral and the Turia River Gardens. Great place to live the cafe lifestyle.
