I thought Scott was really friendly and willing to answer any questions. The only let down was the interest rate was much higher than what he originally felt confident he could get for us.

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Scott Edwards by Robert P M - Coming from out of state there were aspects of the financing and titling unfamiliar to me e.g. community property state, utilizing two separate trusts, zoning matters, etc. that Scott brought to my attention and remedied. I also believe that his communication was excellent. Would have liked a little better of a rate, but those issues were beyond his control as it had to do with the type of property and how the lenders viewed things. Overall a relatively simple and excellent experience.
