A few small jobs completed.
1st job we paint the walls leading up to the solarium for one neighbour.
2nd job different neighbour. We rendered a small garden wall then painted two times .
3rd job, another neighbour we removed all rust from the steel staircase leading to the solarium. Then we top coated in black hammerite.

Some before and afters photos of solarium walls and floor that we recently tiled. Then akk balustrades were sanded back , primed then top coated in white satinado balustrade paint. Some before and afters of a reform of under build. We ripped out everything, removed the plaster back to brick and re-plastered all walls and ceilings . Added a small hallway dividing the games from the bedroom adding internal doors to both rooms . New Aircon unit fitted in bedroom . We also added two sliding doors which are raised to give a step into the room from the outside. The reason for this is last year with heavy rain leaked under the garage door. The step in is one precaution taking to prevent this happening again. Then we painted all walls and ceilings white . Back with the client again and what a difference 😍. This time full exterior painting. All exterior walls were power washed first , then all repairs carried out. Followed by two coats of silicone based white . Top beans only of wooden pergola sanded then treated followed by many coats. The stones on this exterior wall were coming loose in lots of areas . We removed all the stones and rendered the wall . Then we primed the wall followed by two coats of paint.
