Last year, we were very happy to see that our customers rated how well we support their sustainability efforts at 4.0 out of 5 in our customer satisfaction survey. 😊

This is highlighted in our latest ESG report, where we also share one of last year’s key milestones: during the year we updated our sustainability roadmap to further strengthen our long-term direction and align with evolving regulatory and stakeholder expectations. In addition, the report covers our progress in areas such as energy efficiency, low-emission buildings, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Our Fornebu campus in Norway has a new leader! 🤩

Gwen Wille has taken up the role of Business Unit Director for Technopolis Fornebu. She joins us from her position as Country Manager at CBRE GWS Norway.

Those who prepare in advance are proven to perform best when it truly matters.

In April, our Tampere team in Finland took part in an emergency preparedness exercise at our Yliopistonrinne campus. The training was delivered by Insta, and the scenario focused on a prolonged power outage.

During the exercise, we simulated real-life situations where our team had to make quick decisions, such as releasing a stuck elevator, evacuating the building, and safeguarding frozen food supplies in the restaurant. 💪

The high-intensity exercise, full of realistic surprises, encouraged participants to think through practical solution models for a variety of challenging situations. 💡

Rapid Säkerhet AB moved to our Technopolis Kista campus in Stockholm in late 2023, and thanks to their rapid growth, they’re already expanding their 1,400 m² office space by nearly 300 m²! 🙌

We’re proud to support Rapid Säkerhet, tailoring the expanded premises to meet their high-security needs.

We are pleased to announce that Technopolis has signed an agreement to sell the Technopolis Ullevi campus in Gothenburg, Sweden, to Alecta Fastigheter.

Located in the Gårda district, adjacent to Ullevi Stadium, the Ullevi campus has been owned by Technopolis since 2016. The campus combines modern office space, integrated workplace services and excellent connectivity. It is currently fully occupied and hosts more than 20 customers.

🗨️ “During our ten years of ownership, Technopolis has developed the Ullevi campus into a vibrant, customer‑focused workplace environment, that meets the evolving needs of our customers. The divestment follows a thorough portfolio review and aligns with our long‑term strategy,” says Niko Pulli, CEO of Technopolis.

The gross leasable area of the campus is approximately 28,500 square metres. Upon completion of the transaction, the Technopolis Ullevi campus will be fully owned by Alecta Fastigheter.

Newspaper Kaleva made a surprise visit to our popular restaurant Gino, located on our Linnanmaa campus in Oulu.

The story highlights Gino as a pleasant surprise among office lunch restaurants, offering freshly prepared à la carte pasta dishes for the same price as a traditional buffet lunch. Particular attention is also given to the antipasto-style salad buffet. 😋

Gino opened on our campus at the end of last year and has quickly become a very popular choice on campus. 🤗

More room to succeed – right in the heart of Tampere 💙

In spring 2025, Deloitte decided to expand its office space at Asemakeskus campus in Tampere, where they have been based since 2020. The process was seamless, as the new space was combined with the existing one, giving Deloitte more room than before. Moreover, the expansion created space for social gathering – something that matters more than people often realize.
