It's time for a celebration: Today marks our 10th anniversary as Caverion 🥳

Our heritage roots go way further back and we have built our expertise over many decades. However, today we are happy to celebrate 10 years together as one company, one Caverion 💙

We are happy to welcome 70 new Caverion professionals in the Caverion Industry team as the acquisition of TM Voima group's substation and transmission line business has been completed.

The acquisition will further strengthen Caverion's good position in the energy sector and enable growth especially in the substation business.

The City of Helsinki in Finland aims to be carbon neutral by 2030. The city and Caverion have now started ESCO (Energy Service Company) projects to improve energy-efficiency in two schools and in a kindergarten. 🏫 The goal is to save energy equivalent to the annual consumption of 85 average private homes. 🏡💡

"Service buildings like schools and kindergartens are significant energy consumers in cities. In addition to energy savings, modern building technology systems enable better control of indoor conditions and outdated systems in the properties need to be renewed," says Chief Energy Specialist Jukka Huikari from the City of Helsinki.

Energy efficiency in focus: targeting energy savings of 46% for two schools in Helsinki

📣 Great news as Tuusula Municipality in Finland (Tuusulan kunta) has chosen Caverion and Fira as the lifecycle partners of the Rykmentinpuisto campus.

The campus will be the joint living room of the local residents and it will offer modern and healthy premises for learning to children and the staff. 🏠

"We are very pleased to be able to build and maintain the Tuusula campus. The lifecycle project highlights our experience and good cooperation, and we have developed sustainable and energy-efficient solutions together with Fira and the designers. The active involvement of the customers and users in the negotiation phase also provides a good basis for 20 years of cooperation following the building’s completion, says Ville Tamminen, Head of Division, Caverion Finland."

The campus will be implemented as a lifecycle project, which includes the design and construction work for the property as well as operations and maintenance services for the next 20 years. The teaching in the campus is planned to start during autumn 2025. 📆
