My name is Rémi, I am a French guy living in Paris.
I am renting my apartment only for the duration of the Olympic Games. I am doing this only once, for this occasion.

It can be rented from thursday July 26th (or a little earlier) to monday august 12th (or a little later). I won’t rent it for less than eight nights, and one of these nights has to be either July 26th or august 11th. Contact me to arrange a meeting (see below) and to discuss the price.

🏠📌🏠 The apartment 🏠 📌🏠
This 37 m² (400 ft²) two-room apartment is ideally situated, between most Parisian touristic places and the North of Paris where the most prestigious Olympic events occur (Stade de France and the aquatic center). It is located right next to Louis Blanc metro station – on line 7, leading to many touristic places.
Four people can sleep in the two comfortable beds (my bed in the bedroom, the sofa bed in the living room). Two more people can sleep on inflatable mattresses – then I'll charge 100€ to buy them.

My most valuable belongings won’t remain in the apartment. But I will not try to lock all my little possessions, all the precious tiny things I use in my everyday life.
I will have to trust you not to steal anything, not even a spoon, I’ll have to trust you on telling me if you happen to break or lose something.
☝️ For this reason, I want to choose who I am renting my home to ☝️
I won’t accept anyone without at least three good recommendations on AirBnb.
If you are interested, we will have a videochat - I'll check you are the same person as the one on the AirBnb account. For this 10 to 30 minutes chat, you will have to be with all the people who intend to come live at my place. This will also be the occasion to show you anything you want about the apartment.
When we agree on the conditions, when I choose to put my trust in you, then I will put the apartment on AirBnb just for you.

The apartment is on the first floor, without any elevator.
There are windows on only one side, with view on the yard, not on the street.
You can use the wifi, the dish washer, the washer/dryer, the towels, the sheets and the dishes. There is a beamer and a screen – but no television.
I will leave empty cupboards, wardrobes and shelves for your belongings.
I have books, to many books to hide them. They are my working material, I spent hours annotating each of them. You can read them but please (please!) do never take one of them outside.
