Do you believe that a deceased person can prevent the sale of a house?
Yesterday I did a coaching session for a lady who wants to sell an apartment. She has been trying for 3 months but nothing concrete; or nothing at all.
As always, since I work from home, my sessions take place at home, online. Except that there, for at least 10 minutes, around me, someone came to disturb me, in emergency mode. Impossible not to answer it. This was something very unusual for me and after a while I still paused and asked "who is there and who doesn't want me to hear what my client's house is like?" tell me " . And there, my client who tells me “I know, she’s my mother-in-law”. What? Yes, my mother-in-law.
In fact, the apartment belonged to this lady and upon her death it automatically reverted to the only son, married at that time to my client but they have since separated. Except that, by mutual agreement and because of charges that the husband could no longer pay alone, it was my client who took over the apartment.
And today she wants to sell it.
As a result, it became obvious in this communication with the house that the mother-in-law did not really want this apartment to be sold because it was ultimately the only link that remained between her, her son and her daughter-in-law. she loved it very much.
WOWWWWWW!!!!
I admit that communication took a little time. She didn't want to let go.
We finally finished with a much smoother and more joyful energy.
We defined our new action plan.
I'll see her again in 15 days. Looking forward to knowing what happens next.
