Room 1 will be staying open this winter for bookings!
Currently both of our B&B rooms still have some availability this autumn, with separate lounging area and tea / coffee station.
We will be closing room 2 during October, and keeping one room open for business.
Room 1 is heated by our wood burner with back boiler in the kitchen downstairs, which feeds the radiators in the room, so it stays nice and warm through the colder months.
We are in the centre of a lively village in Charente Maritime, with 4 bars, 3 restaurants, boulangerie, twice weekly market and more - all 185m easy stroll from the house.
The maison de maître is set in 2 acres (almost 8000m2) of garden, and B&B guests have their own sitting area to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
Rooms are £80/90€ per night or 115€ with breakfast included (for 2 people).

It’s been a busy (and hot) season so far, and we are still looking forward to welcoming more guests!

From £575 / 660€ per week for 2 people

2 bedroomed dog friendly gite in Charente Maritime (plus more accommodation available for up to 8 people in total - read on) in the centre of a lively village with 4 bars, 3 restaurants, boulangerie, delicatessen, twice weekly market and much more! The village square is a very easy 185m walk from the gates of the house 😍

The gite has an open living/kitchen/dining area, main bedroom with king size bed and a separate small children’s room with 2 full size single beds.

There is also the option to add extra accommodation with 1 or 2 en suite bedrooms as required (one superking and one king size)
So we can accommodate 8 people maximum.

There is a plunge pool to cool down in which is purely for gite guests

The beautiful maison de maître is set in 2 acres of garden to enjoy, which is walled and gated so safe for your dog to explore too.

We are within easy driving distance of some great day trips such has La Rochelle, Île de Ré, Île D’Oleron, Saintes, Cognac for tastings and so much more. The beautiful beaches are just under an hour away too.
