Certaines semaines sont un peu plus chargées que d’autres… et celle-ci en faisait définitivement partie ! ✨

🏡 6 nouveaux mandats — certains déjà en ligne, d’autres tout juste signés et bientôt disponibles après les photos et la préparation de leur mise en vente.

🥂 2 actes de vente signés, avec les clés remises aux nouveaux propriétaires.

Et beaucoup, beaucoup de visites ! À elle seule, Karissa a réalisé 10 visites cette semaine, sans compter celles effectuées par le reste de l’équipe sur nos biens et ceux de nos partenaires.

Entre tout cela : rendez-vous vendeurs, recherches pour nos acheteurs, photos, préparation des nouveaux biens, négociations, appels… et même une journée de formation avec notre siège pour toute l’équipe.

Une semaine bien remplie à l’Agence Hamilton Béziers… et déjà de nouveaux projets qui commencent. 🤍

Some weeks are a little busier than others… and this was definitely one of them! ✨

🏡 6 new listings — some already on the market, others newly signed and coming soon once the photography and preparation are complete.

🔑 3 preliminary sale contracts signed
🥂 2 final sales completed, with the keys handed over to their new owners.

And a lot, a lot of viewings! Karissa alone carried out 10 viewings this week, before we even count those handled by the rest of the team across our own listings and those of our partner agencies.

Somewhere in between: seller appointments, property searches for our buyers, photography, preparing new listings, negotiations, phone calls… and even a day of team training with our head office.
