The Maintenance Man was created 2006 on the south coast between Southampton & Portsmouth. In that time the business grew rapidly to create a large regular customer base who when required work carried out always phoned The Maintenance Man. The Maintenance Man was the perfect candidate for many customers, a"one stop shop" if you like as he is so versatile without jeopardising the quality of the work

and also not costing the earth. As well as individual customers he also catered for letting agents and private landlords attending when rental properties encountered problems. The Maintenance Man has now moved to Chaillic in France and so the business starts again with the same values that brought success in the UK. Bathrooms & kitchens fitted

All this renovation works gets a bit boring!! It’s hard work, dirty, time consuming so time for a change, ok still a bit of work but at least it’s for a someone who will have lots of fun! Here is Version 2 of the swing using old oak beams, more beams, oak planks and cattle bars, and some modern play things. What’s next???

A lovely wood floor recently sanded and waxed by The Maintenance Man.

Oak doors x4 made by The Maintenance Man receiving their final coat of wax oil before delivery and fitting next week. The wax oil is shiny as wet but dulls down to give a lovely finish.

A fantastic pool transformation carried out by Andrew Humphries and Lukasz Domaradzki who built all the walls and laid the beautiful terrace area, then finished off by The Maintenance Man fitting the liner, margoles and commissioning the new pool pump system. Electrics carried out by Jerome Betus. This pool is 10m x 5m so took some filling to get to the top.

Some uncertain moments including is the new liner going to fit properly, but it fits like a glove and the customers will enjoy plenty of lazy days by their pool in the sunshine, when it finally arrives!!!
