Jetwashing the second barn. The beams came up lovely, as this was simply whitewash. With the concrete floor already in place, this would make a great kitchen.

The land of each property is delimitated and separated from the other properties, which makes it easy for habitation of different members of family and friends.
The neighbours are the nicest and most respectful you can get, It is a farmer who was with us helping us in our endeavour, a nice single lady (her husband passed away a few years ago), and a family who own the other house and visits regularly to look after it after their mother (owner) passed away at the age of 85 also a few years ago.

NEW renovations are still in progress.
Finishing pointing and finishing the entrance door and mounting the windows to the second barn are works we will finish in the time of being on the market.
Some other work depends on our present cash flow and can be part of a negotiated price or the availability of new cash after the sale, which we can still do.
Larger works, such as flooring, windows closing the second barn, etc., are projects we can help the new owner with if needed, but it is best to be left to the choice of the materials, investment, taste and needs of the new owner.
The new little house has approved the planning permission to extend a new room of 20 sq m as a living room and start work at any time.

Purchasing the properties.

The barn with the little house we bought in 2015. In 2019, we bought our neighbour's barn, which has a common wall with ours.
There are now three buildings, two barns connected that can be leavable independently or as one building., with one piece of land and a little house which is independent, 20 meters away from the barns, which is leavable with its own surrounding land.
Near the barns, 10 meters away, is another piece of land for garden and parking with a lovely big oak tree we saved and nurtured for years.
