Nestled in the heart of the 12th district of Paris, this building, built in the early 20th century, boasts a dual façade at the intersection of Wattignies and Nicolaï streets. Originally, it was an apartment on the 5th floor of the building. The project involved constructing an entire level at R+6 and a panoramic terrace at R+7. The design envisions a large loft-style space with spacious living areas, a master suite, and children's bedrooms. The building features natural zinc cladding and traditional mineral rendering. The terraces are made of Ipe wood and are surrounded by wrought iron railings. The property offers 205 m² of living space and 170 m² of terraces.

Lake Daumesnil, a man-made marvel, adds to Paris's allure. Born from a 19th-century vision to greenify Paris during Napoleon III's reign and Baron Haussmann's initiative, this lake enhances the Vincennes forest. Originally a wasteland and gardens, Paris transformed these in 1861, expanding the forest and creating a recreational area. Excavation led to a 12-hectare lake, filled via a reservoir system from the Marne river. Two islands, Reuilly and Bercy, and a rotunda by Gabriel Davioud, complete the picturesque landscape.
