It has 2 not-so-near neighbours, an old farm (not in use) on one side and a retired couple live on the other side. It is a very quiet location but 5 minutes from the Rejallant restaurant (walking) which is tranquil and picturesque with the shallow river Charente flowing through. The house is ideal for families, it has been a family holiday home for 13 years and during that time (mid 90's) it was successfully let as a holiday home for a period of 3 years. It has a modern kitchen/conservatory which was re-built 2 years ago and a new kitchen installed. The kitchen looks out onto the rear large patio and accross the charente valley through the woodland.
