I've been helping international clients buy prime real estate in France for over 15 years now, and I'm lucky enough to work in all of France's most sought after destinations.

My work at Buyer's Agent France regularly sends me from my main base in The Alps to the Cote d'Azur, Provence, The Basque Country, Bordeaux Wine Region, Cap Ferret and Paris to name but a few.

No one mission is ever the same; the buyers all have different profiles, the homes they search for also vary greatly, range from villas on The French Riviera, Chateaux near Bordeaux, Farm Houses in Provence and Ski Chalets in The French Alps.

I love what I do, helping people curate a unique lifestyle that gives them a form of luxury and a legacy to hand down from generation to generation.

So, it's a mix of client demand, curiosity, ambition and opportunity that has led me to broaden my scope and geographical search area to include both Spain and Andorra, in addition to my proven French business model.

The market is still top-end, focussing on the prime locations in France, Spain and Andorra, and still offers the white glove, concierge-level service with one-point of contact and customer service excellence from start to finish.
A client-centric service looking after their best interests at all times.

I try to add a refreshing blend of transparency, straight talking and down to earth expert advisory, whatever level of client I'm dealing with.
Whether my clients are buying at €1M or €10M the approach and treatment remains the same.

In order to develop the new sectors of my offer I'll be developing partnerships in Spain and Andorra and will continue to do so in France.

Dreaming of Buying a Home in Provence?

British clients of ours used our buying services to find and purchase this sumptuous neo-Provencal new-build property in The Eygalieres, near Saint Rémy de Provence.

Eygalieres is a charming, highly sought after perched village in The Alpilles Natural Regional Park; a place of understated luxury, where film stars and politicians mingle with locals at the weekly farmer’s market and in the many lively bistros and restaurants.

Properties here range from village houses, to luxury new build villas, with the highly prized renovated provençale farm house being the favourite with the discerning international buyer.

One can pick up a small bungalow type villa to renovate for as little as €450,000, however the majority of homes for sale in Eygalieres are in the €2M - €5M price bracket.
Expect to to pay 2 to 3 times as much again for the elusive luxury renovated farm houses, which are very rare on the market.

Congratulations to our North American client, who’s just had an offer accepted on this beautiful chateau in Burgundy!

Finding your dream home is just part of our role as a buyer’s agent, but we also negotiate the price and secure the property via a written offer; an essential step, ensuring the vendor is locked in and cannot sell to anyone else.
