🦪🍾 Yesterday in Eymet – White Wine & Oyster Festival 🍾🦪

What a fabulous day! Every year on 15th August, Eymet comes alive for its White Wine & Oyster Festival, an event created back in 1989 by the local wine growers’ association, Comice Agricole.

A wonderful celebration of local wine, fresh oysters, food and music🥂🦪🎶

One of the many advantages of staying at Eymet-Gite-Magique is being able to walk into Eymet and enjoy the festivities without worrying about driving home. Our guests were able to wander back to the gîte for a little rest in the afternoon before heading back into town for the evening celebrations.

And what an evening it turned out to be with Wholly Vinyl DJs keeping us dancing through a spectacular storm! ⛈️🎶💃

We’re delighted to announce that air conditioning has just been installed in both bedrooms at Eymet Gîte Magique. So after a day exploring the beautiful bastide of Eymet, enjoying local markets or simply relaxing poolside, you can look forward to a cool and comfortable night’s sleep.

We’ve invested in this upgrade to make your stay even more enjoyable, while continuing to offer excellent value.

The first summer night market in Eymet is this Tuesday! 🌙🇫🇷✨

With the weather turning a little cooler, it should be a lovely evening to stroll into Eymet and enjoy everything the market has to offer — delicious local food, wine, music and a wonderful summer atmosphere 🍷🧀🎶☀️
