🌅 Sunsets at Glatigny Beach, there’s something rather magical about watching the sun disappear into the sea at Glatigny. ✨
On the west coast of the Cotentin Peninsula, our beach faces the open sea, making it the perfect place to watch the evening sky change from golden yellow to soft pinks, oranges and deep blues.

And because Glatigny is wonderfully wild and unspoilt, there are no busy promenades or crowds. Just miles of sand, dunes, sea and that beautiful feeling of having the beach almost to yourself.

Head down at low tide and the wet sand reflects the sky beautifully, while the dunes glow golden in the evening light, it really is a special spot.🌾🌊
One of our favourite things to do at Glatigny Farmhouse? Take a walk to the beach, find a quiet spot in the dunes and stay until the sun goes down.

Sometimes the simplest moments are the most memorable. ❤️

There’s nothing we love more about running Glatigny Farmhouse than hearing that our guests have had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back. 🥰

Knowing that families have relaxed, made memories, enjoyed the beautiful beaches, explored Normandy and felt at home in our little corner of France makes all the hard work behind the scenes so worthwhile.

At Glatigny Farmhouse, the kitchen is designed for those holiday moments that often become the memories you treasure most. Long lunches around the table, fresh bread from the boulangerie, a bottle of wine opened just because it’s Tuesday, everyone helping themselves to seconds and conversations that carry on long after the plates are empty. 🍷🥖

Because even when you’re on holiday, the kitchen is still the heart of the home.

Glatigny Farmhouse is looking especially glorious this time of year. 🌹☀️

The roses are in full bloom, the stone walls are glowing in the summer sunshine, and every corner feels peaceful and full of colour. There is something magical about long summer days here, with blue skies overhead, bbq’s and the garden at its very best.

A little slice of countryside heaven where time seems to slow down and simple moments become special memories.

Summer holidays, French-style 🇫🇷 Miles of quiet sandy beaches, fresh local produce, the smell of bbq’s, chill vibes… and memories made ✨

Many of you are super organised and already booked, thank you! 🤍
But it does mean we have a few random August nights at Glatigny Farmhouse that I’d hate to see go to waste.

We don’t usually do 1 night stays, but for August only we’re offering a special rate of €175 for these dates:

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ What a great end to the year receiving these words from our lovely guests that stayed at Christmas.
Knowing that our guests feel the charm of Glatigny Farmhouse, sleep well on comfy mattresses, enjoy little discoveries around the house, and feel cared for as hosts is exactly why we do what we do.

⭐️ So we happened to have a Michelin star chef in our kitchen today!! 🤩321 ACTION… 🎬We were so happy to have chef Mallory Gabsi in our kitchen!! He was here to film a project working with French Supermarket to meet the local farmers growing the produce for his incredible dishes, as Normandie produces many organic vegetables. 🥕 🌽 🍠🧅🥦
Very cool to see behind the scenes and how talented film crew are creating this piece.
Now we must go to Paris to his restaurant !.⭐️
