The queen of jams here in France, and it’s a great time to make the most of the apricots at the late summer markets. They’ll last a year on a cool dark place. Recipes are left for you in the house, my favourite Apricot jam adds in vanilla pods, lemon and orange juice… and of course lots of sugar!
