A documentary produced by filmmaker Matthew Beecroft, exploring the history and legacy of Donald Leney and the famous Leney carp strain, tracing the roots of carp fishing back to the era of Redmire Pool, Richard Walker and Chris Yates.

Featuring a unique mix of contributors — some well known, some legendary — with stories both familiar and rarely told. Associate producers Anthony Hurst and Kasper Zom bring their passion and insight to the project.

Made in memory of Graham “Jasper” Tucker, founder member of the Golden Scale Club.

Just a quick post to say we look forward to welcoming everyone who is booked in for this year, if anyone’s looking for week still we have the following dates free.

11th to 18th of April
17th to 24th of October
24th to 31st of October.

Still some availability for 2027 and the diary is open for 2028.
