I've been coming to Jarnac practically every month since 2014 and moved over full time in July 2020 having run a small building company in South East England for the last 20 yrs specializing in property renovations and conversions. I'm still involved with my company, be it from afar and have started a new venture looking after property and gardens here in Charente. I am fu
lly registered and insured here in France as a 'handyman' which means I can do a little bit of everything and can offer the following services:
Garden maintenance:

Internal and external covering all trades or if I can’t fix it, organizing the Artisan that can. Gite turnaround and guest greeting:
Pre and post cleaning and essential welcome pack shopping. Packing and shipping:
If you can’t get here then tell me what you want, and I'll pack and ship it for you. Disposal of furniture and effects:
We'll go through an inventory, agree prices and then I'll sell them. Garage and shed clearance:
As above and including trips to the dechetterie. On site video calls to ease direction and communication if signal allows. I'm on WhatsApp and Messenger. My first review…
