The property is surrounded by mature landscaped gardens. There is a large 12m x 6m private heated pool with graduating steps at the shallow end, 2 pool alarms and spacious pool terrace.
Adjacent to the house is an outdoor courtyard and BBQ area with open charcoal BBQ, pizza oven and outdoor dining table for12 plus.

THE GROUNDS
Mas Jean Paul is set within a beautiful mature 1 ¼ acre garden planted with oleander and established palm trees and pines offering shade in the summer and privacy at other times of year.
There is a beautiful 12m x 6m private heated pool with shallow play area, totally secluded and surrounded by the garden with extensive terrace with parasols and loungers.
There are many secluded bowers and private terraces and shaded seating areas. Perfect for families and friends wanting to be together whilst at the same time being able to enjoy their own private space.
Adjacent to the Guest Suite Apartment is a lovely alfresco Dining Area with built–in BBQ and Pizza Oven.
PARKING
There is ample parking within the grounds of the Villa. Please do not park outside the villa as the lane is very narrow.

Our House Manager 'Lorraine' will meet and greet, help you throughout your stay. As an English speaking Le Rouret resident for many years, she is an invaluable source for local knowledge and will be your first point of call. Her contact details will be provided upon booking.
WEEKLY MAID SERVICE
Included in the villa rental, the house is cleaned and all linens changed on a weekly basis.
