Accessible by the antique door (main entrance), the dining room and the kitchen, the house offers 250 sq meters of living space and is split between the main bastide, and a semi-detached apartment that has a separate access for more privacy. In the main house, you will find:
- the antique kitchen, that opens up to the outdoor dining area, has a charming ornamental fire place, which fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances (large cooking range, American fridge with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, mixer, kettle...).
- the huge living and dining room gives out onto the lawn and has an enormous fireplace, a grand chateau dining table that can host the whole family, comfortable couches and armchairs, cable TV, hi-fi, DVD player, Nintendo WII, and 4G wifi Internet access...
- 4 good size double (queen or king size) bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom (please see more details in the add).

You will access the semi-detached apartment from the back of the property, and you will love climbing the stone stairs that take you to its blue door. This additional living space is modular and is perfect for a group of teenagers, a single parent or a couple with children, and so on as there are 2 bedrooms (one with 2 twin bed and one with 1 single bed) and a separate bathroom with shower and WC. From the kitchen, you will get to the covered outdoor dining area with its over-sized BBQ that's big enough to roast a wild-boar! its family size table will probably host endless lunches and dinners, and is conveniently located near the pool so that you can look after your children at any time. The lawn is great for football, badmington or just lounging in the sun by the the huge family size pool (14x6meters!).Last but not least, there is also a ping pong table. The property is set on the top of a hill, so it gets that golden light from sunrise to sunset, moments to die for! For those who like to explore, in the extended garden you will find magnificent old oak trees, olive terraces and forest trails which will bring you to the hilltops around and down to the lake. In the garden, you and the children will love to hunt for wild Herbes de Provence to be picked for cooking. Ideal for wedding or events, we can host up to 100 guests for an unforgettable experience!
