Enjoy the beautiful countryside at La Fermette - a renovated farmhouse or La Boulangerie - a renovated bake house set in the Normandy National Park.
La Fermette stands on over an acre of land surrounded by green fields, trees and cows and yet is only minutes drive from market towns and all amenities.
The three bedroomed farmhouse sleeps up to six people. It has been carefully restored and modernised. The original oak beams are a feature, as is the granite fireplace and exposed granite walls.
The accommodation sleeps six and comprises:
Ground floor:
Entrance hall with small cloakroom and stairway to first floor.
Large sitting room with granite fireplace, oak beams and granite wall.
Fully fitted kitchen/dining room with French windows to garden.
Single bedroom with views over countryside.
Steep staircase to
First floor:
Triple bedroom with panoramic views, original beams. (One double, one single bed)
Twin bedroom with countryside views, original beams.
Bathroom with bath, wash basin and wc.
Shower room with shower, wash basin and wc.
(A travel cot is also available on request)
Basement:
Large basement room with access to back garden. The basement contains leisure resources for indoor and outdoor play, garden furniture and barbeque equipment. The laundry is also situated here. This is shared between the two properties.
Garden:
The acre of land has countryside views, a brook and a natural pond.
La Boulangerie is the recently renovated bake house to the original farm and is affordable, bijou accommodation for two people.
